Hello, I am Melissa. Please feel free to call me MJ. I am a graduate of NC Massage School in Cornelius. I will forever be grateful for my experience at this school. I am a Licensed (#22321) Massage and Bodywork Therapist, who is certified in Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork. Being a massage therapist is an honor, and I firmly believe massage therapy is a wonderful component of wellness that everyone should have as a part of their self-care routine. 

I specialize in myofascial release techniques and full-body relaxation massages, among many other modalities. My approach goes beyond just these techniques – I draw from a wide range of massage methods to address individual needs. Before each session, I conduct a thorough intake interview to understand your unique concerns, allowing me to tailor the massage experience specifically to your body and goals.

I love music, all kinds of music. It is hard for me to pick a favorite anything, lol, including colors. I love amazing food. I love taking walks on beautiful nature trails. I love my family. And I would love having the honor of helping you on your massage journey.
